I was hoping that with my research based practice, my chauvinistic artistic belief and my conceptual in-jokes, that I could compete with science in terms of useful outcomes to social problems and change the world. But instead I got really high and walked through this amazing forest on the west coast of Vancouver Island that I hope I can in some ways share some part of with you despite it being so far away.
